Issue with Flash Player after upgrading to IE8

Issue - You may not be able to see the Flash player images in certain websites after upgrading to IE8. You may also experience the following message
You either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe’s Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.
Installing new version of flash player also may not resolve the issue.
Cause - This issue happens with the inconsistencies with Flash player add-ons, and IE.
Resolution - To resolve the issue, perform the following:
- Close all IE windows.
- Download offline installer of Adobe Flash Player [ Download ]
- Run the Installer, to uninstall the Flash player add-ons.
- Set the Security zone to Low. ( Tools, InternetOptions, Security)
- Install the Flash Player
- Set the Security Zone to the earlier value.
This will resolve the issue.
